Even Mojave, the previous update, caused incompatibility issues for many people. Will nancy drew games work on mac os mojave. However, it seemed that it was possible for some to find workarounds. The new macOS Catalina update has just been released, adding some new features and updated apps, however a major change that sticks out the most in this case is that Catalina will no longer support / be able to run 32-bit apps.This will kill the ability to play 32-bit games using Wineskin, because the Nancy Drew games run under 32-bit code (I think even the published Mac editions are, I don’t have a Mac to check on that but someone said they do).
